Refund Policy

1. The free beta

While Workout X-Ray is a free beta, nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Who handles payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes your payment, and it processes refunds. Your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle.

3. Free trials

If your plan starts with a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, your first payment is taken when the trial ends.

4. Refunds on your first payment

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. You don't have to give a reason. If your plan started with a free trial, the 14 days start on the day you were first charged.

A refund ends your subscription, and your paid plan stops working.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments aren't refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing support@workoutxray.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires.

7. How to ask for a refund

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net, or
• Email support@workoutxray.com from the email address you used to buy, and we'll pass it to Paddle.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. Paddle usually processes them within 14 days, and your bank may take a few more days to show it.

8. When a refund may be refused

Refunds may be refused where there's evidence of fraud or refund abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel.

Check against Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, and against EU/UK cancellation rules for digital services and UK yearly renewals.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. A change won't reduce the refund rights on a payment you've already made.
